Services
We provide design, development, marketing and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client as set out in the relevant agreement. Pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how remain our property. Website content, branding and code samples shown here are protected by copyright.
Payments
Fees, payment schedules and refund terms are governed by the applicable project agreement. Late payments may pause work and incur reasonable fees.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable local law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
